FRANCIS HOUSE BENEFIT PACKAGE
Medical, Dental, Vision: Francis House offers medical, dental, and vision coverage to all full-time and part-time employees and their dependents, effective upon date of hire.
401(K): Francis House provides a 401(K) Plan that allows employees to contribute after 90 days of employment, and an employer contribution after 1 year of employment.
Life Insurance: Francis House provides life insurance to employees at no cost.
Paid Holidays: Francis House observes 9 holidays throughout the year, and provides an additional holiday for employee birthdays.
Earned Time Off (ETO): Francis House provides all full-time and part-time employees generous paid leave after 90 days of employment.
Paid Sick Leave: Francis House provides up to 40 hours of Paid Sick Leave annually, effective upon hire date.
Paid Lunch Breaks: Francis House provides its employees with paid lunch breaks.
Wireless Service Provider Discounts: Francis House employees are eligible to receive discounts through qualifying wireless service providers.
Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF): The PSLF Program forgives the remaining balance on Francis House employees’ direct loans after they have made 120 qualifying monthly payments under a qualifying repayment plan while working full-time.
Wishbone Pet Health Insurance: Francis House employees may enroll in pet health insurance from Wishbone and receive 90% reimbursement on their pet’s veterinary care.
