The Sr. Kathleen Osbelt Center for Education & Outreach

The Sister Kathleen Osbelt Center honors Sr. Kathleen’s incredible vision, her lasting legacy of service and holds her as a role model for all of our education and outreach. We use our Franciscan values of compassion, acceptance, respect, dignity and relationship to increase awareness, educate, serve and support persons with terminal illness and those who care for them.

Tea & Talk: Anxiety: The Missing Stage of Grief

Spiritual Renewal Center 1342 Lancaster Avenue, Syracuse, New York

Read through the month and join us as we discuss "Anxiety: The Missing Stage of Grief" by Claire Bidwell Smith, LCPC.

“A useful work… The insight alone, linking anxiety to grief, is worth the price of admission. If Smith’s ideas of ‘resilient grieving’ help even one reader cope with the trauma and fearful thoughts of anxiety, she will have done a great service.” —Kirkus Reviews
